Our team has extensive experience in the area of eminent domain; providing services in both the States of Georgia and Iowa for two decades. The nature and scope of the consulting services we provide is principally focused on business damages (business valuation) suffered by business owners in connection with condemnation proceedings. We have been hired by both condemnor and condemnees. We have prepared a significant number of damages opinions as well as provided review and critique of reports submitted by other experts in various cases. We have worked closely with condemning authorities and condemnee’s to understand the impact on the business of different scenarios in economic damages, based on review of engineering designs, right of way maps, real estate appraisals (if available), site inspections, industry standards, and our knowledge of a number of industries through our decades of experience in business valuation.

Our team draws on our vast accounting and industry experience to conduct insightful fraud investigations and forensic analysis.
